Where can I go for help with fixing a broken laptop?

For students, Student Technology Services (STS, Casa Fuente 448) provides limited support on laptop troubleshooting and provides no support on laptop hardware repair. Some local vendors, listed below, can assist with hardware repair.

For faculty and staff, Information Technology Services (ITS, Casa Fuente 320) repairs any problems with laptops that are owned by the Institute. ITS does not provide support for laptops that are owned by the individual.
